Modern Hebrew practice is built around the real conversations English speakers have in Hebrew. Your coach speaks natural, everyday Israeli Hebrew (and understands everyday expressions like סבבה and יאללה without correcting plain speech into stiff textbook forms).
Six goal paths
- Everyday Hebrew: ordering coffee, asking questions, small talk, and getting by without switching to English.
- Family: talking with Israeli partners, in-laws, parents, grandchildren, or relatives at Shabbat dinner and on phone calls.
- A trip to Israel: cafes, taxis, directions, hotels, markets, and meeting people on the street.
- Living in Israel: talking to neighbors, apartment viewings, scheduling appointments, and daily errands.
- Work: speaking up with Israeli colleagues, quick team check-ins, and workplace small talk.
- Jewish life and community: holidays, family events, and community life in spoken Modern Hebrew.
Bring your own situation
You can also tell your coach in English or Hebrew about anything coming up in your life: "I'm having Friday night dinner with my partner's Israeli parents" or "I need to call the landlord in Tel Aviv." Your coach will roleplay the exact conversation with you.
